The most expensive football cards may never quite reach the jaw-dropping levels of the most expensive baseball cards on the market, but the gridiron greats still bring in big money on a regular basis.

Although, truth be told, Tom Brady might have something to say about that. Indeed, the former Patriots and Buccaneers quarterback consistently lands at the top of the market and continues to dominate the list of top selling football cards on eBay, month after month after month.

All in all, that’s not really surprising, given that the NFL is a star-driven league, that quarterbacks are generally the biggest, most visible stars on the team, and that Brady is most certainly the GOAT at the position but just about any definition you care to apply.
